Abderrahmane Boulahdour is a doctoral student in Electrical and Computer Engineering at the Université du Québec à Trois-Rivières UQTR, QC, Canada. He obtained his B.E. and M.Sc. degrees from the University of Science and Technology Houari Boumediene USTHB, Algiers, Algeria, in 2018 and 2020. Before joining UQTR, he built a solid professional background as a Cloud and DevOps Specialist, developing expertise in systems administration, infrastructure automation, networking, and cloud-native architectures. He also earned multiple industry certifications from organizations such as the Linux Foundation, Cisco, Juniper, Huawei, and Microsoft Azure, further strengthening his technical foundation in cloud and networking technologies. This experience shapes his current academic work, giving him a practical perspective on distributed systems and real-time communication challenges. His research focuses on advanced resource optimization for deterministic communication, combining Time-Sensitive Networking (TSN) and Software-Defined Networking (SDN) within large-scale Cloud-Edge Continuum Computing (CECC) environments.
